Lost or Stolen Mobile Telephone

A buyer of a Monaco mobile cellular telephone will receive the following:

  • a SIM Card with number: This is the telephone number. Access can be protected by personalising the SIM card with a 4 digit PIN number (personal identification number)
  • an IMEI number: This is your mobile's unique identification number

The IMEI number protects the telephone owner in the event of it being lost or stolen. The number should be noted and kept separate from the mobile.

  • To find IMEI number, enter: * # 0 6 # on the keypad

If a mobile is lost or stolen, call contact Monacell supplying the IMEI number.

  • Monacell
    Tel: (+377) 99 66 66 66
    Website

The service will be suspended and the phone may be traced. If a report is to be lodged with the police, provide the IMEI number.
