Seeking long-term rental w/ garden.  Professional, working couple, w/ excellent references , w/no kids or dogs looking for minimum 50 M2 interior + outdoor space for kitchen/vegetable garden.  Furnished or unfurnished, any # of rooms, most any condition of disrepair. If necessary, willing to make repairs and refurbishment w/in reason,  +- €1000 per month.
